- 2 cups peeled and chopped apples

- 1/4 cup rolled oats

- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- In a bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and ground cinnamon.
- In another bowl, cream together the butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the eggs and vanilla to the butter mixture, beating well after each addition.
- Mix in the sour cream, then gradually add the dry ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Fold in the chopped apples and transfer the batter to the prepared loaf pan.
- In a small bowl, combine the brown sugar, oats, ground cinnamon, and flour for the streusel topping, then sprinkle it over the batter.
- Bake for 60-70 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before slicing.
