Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 24 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 cups apples, peeled and sliced
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In another bowl, beat cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.
  4. Stir in vanilla and pour cream cheese mixture into the crust.
  5. In a separate bowl, toss apple slices with cinnamon. Layer apples on top of the cheesecake mixture.
  6. In a third bowl, mix oats, brown sugar, and flour. Sprinkle over the apples.
  7. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the center is set. Let cool before serving.
