- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 24 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 cups apples, peeled and sliced
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.
- Stir in vanilla and pour cream cheese mixture into the crust.
- In a separate bowl, toss apple slices with cinnamon. Layer apples on top of the cheesecake mixture.
- In a third bowl, mix oats, brown sugar, and flour. Sprinkle over the apples.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the center is set. Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Best served chilled for a few hours.
