- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, cold and cubed
- 3/4 cup milk
- 2 cups peeled and diced apples
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Add cold butter and mix until crumbly.
- Stir in the milk until just combined.
- Fold in the apples, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
- Drop spoonfuls of batter onto a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- For a sweeter flavor, add more brown sugar to taste.
- These biscuits are best enjoyed fresh out of the oven.
