Ingredients

- 2 ripe avocados
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 jalapeño, seeded and minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh into a bowl.
- Mash the avocados with a fork to desired consistency.
- Add lime juice, red onion, cherry tomatoes, cilantro, jalapeño, salt, and black pepper to the bowl.
- Mix gently until well combined.
- Serve immediately or chill for 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add diced mango or corn.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container to prevent browning.
