- 1 pound ground turkey
- 8 slices turkey bacon
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cups diced potatoes
- 1 cup diced onion
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet, cook the ground turkey and turkey bacon until browned.
- Add onion and cook until softened.
- Stir in the potatoes, tomatoes, and seasonings.
- Transfer the mixture to a casserole dish and top with cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 30 minutes until hot and bubbly.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
