- 2 packets ramen noodles
- 4 ounces cooked bacon, chopped
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the ramen noodles according to the package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef and onions until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add the chopped bacon, diced tomatoes, ketchup, mustard, garlic powder, and black pepper to the skillet. Stir to combine.
- Mix the cooked ramen noodles into the beef mixture until well combined.
- Transfer to a baking dish and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Notes
- For added flavor, you can mix in some BBQ sauce.
- Feel free to add more vegetables, such as bell peppers or mushrooms.
