- 8 ounces ramen noodles
- 1 pound ground beef
- 4 slices bacon
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons mustard
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup pickles, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, cook bacon until crispy. Remove and crumble.
- In the same skillet, brown ground beef and onions until fully cooked.
- Add ketchup, mustard, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt to the beef mixture and stir.
- In a large bowl, combine cooked ramen noodles, beef mixture, crumbled bacon, and pickles. Mix well.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and sprinkle cheddar cheese on top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let it cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- For a spicier version, add jalapeños or hot sauce.
- This dish can be made ahead and stored in the fridge before baking.
