Description

A creamy and cheesy ramen noodle bake loaded with bacon and flavors reminiscent of classic cheeseburgers.


Ingredients

  • 8 ounces ramen noodles
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions and drain.
  3. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the cooked noodles, beef, bacon, cheese, soup, milk, ketchup, mustard, and seasonings.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
  7. Let it cool slightly before serving.
