- 8 ounces ramen noodles
- 1 pound ground beef
- 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions and drain.
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked noodles, beef, bacon, cheese, soup, milk, ketchup, mustard, and seasonings.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
- Let it cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- For added flavor, you can top with extra cheese before baking.
- Feel free to add chopped pickles or onions for a more traditional cheeseburger taste.
