An indulgent twist on comfort food that combines the flavors of a classic bacon cheeseburger with crispy tater tots.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 8 slices bacon
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup tater tots
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove and crumble.
  3. In the same skillet, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
  4. Add ketchup, mustard, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the beef. Mix well.
  5. In a baking dish, layer the tater tots at the bottom.
  6. Spread the beef mixture over the tater tots, then top with crumbled bacon and cheddar cheese.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
