- 1 pound ground beef
- 8 slices bacon
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup tater tots
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove and crumble.
- In the same skillet, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add ketchup, mustard, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the beef. Mix well.
- In a baking dish, layer the tater tots at the bottom.
- Spread the beef mixture over the tater tots, then top with crumbled bacon and cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to add your favorite burger toppings like lettuce or tomato.
- For a spicier kick, add jalapeños to the beef mixture.
