Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 4 strips bacon
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the bacon in a skillet until crispy. Remove and set aside, leaving the grease.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then cook in the bacon grease until browned and cooked through. Remove from pan.
  3. Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and add Parmesan cheese, stirring until the cheese is melted and the sauce is creamy.
  5. Return the chicken to the skillet, coating it in the sauce.
  6. Crumble the cooked bacon on top and sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
  7. Serve hot over pasta or rice.
