- 2 chicken breasts
- 4 strips bacon
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the bacon in a skillet until crispy. Remove and set aside, leaving the grease.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then cook in the bacon grease until browned and cooked through. Remove from pan.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and add Parmesan cheese, stirring until the cheese is melted and the sauce is creamy.
- Return the chicken to the skillet, coating it in the sauce.
- Crumble the cooked bacon on top and sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
- Serve hot over pasta or rice.
Notes
- This dish can be made with chicken thighs instead of breasts for extra flavor.
- For a lighter option, substitute half-and-half for the heavy cream.
