Description

A delicious twist on a classic meatloaf, combining turkey, bacon, and Swiss cheese for a delightful flavor.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup mushrooms, diced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, chopped turkey bacon, mushrooms, garlic powder, onion powder, breadcrumbs, Swiss cheese, eggs, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Mix until all ingredients are well combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a loaf pan and shape it into a loaf.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  6. Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
