- 1 pound ground turkey
- 4 slices turkey bacon, chopped
- 1 cup mushrooms, diced
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, chopped turkey bacon, mushrooms, garlic powder, onion powder, breadcrumbs, Swiss cheese, eggs, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper.
- Mix until all ingredients are well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a loaf pan and shape it into a loaf.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
- For added flavor, you can sauté the mushrooms before adding them to the mixture.
- Serve with mashed potatoes or a side salad for a complete meal.
