- 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
- 1 cup Mexican cheese blend
- 1/2 cup green chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 8 large flour tortillas
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, cheese, green chili sauce, olive oil, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Place a generous scoop of the chicken mixture in the center of each tortilla.
- Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it up tightly.
- Place the burritos seam-side down in a greased baking dish.
- Drizzle additional green chili sauce over the top and sprinkle with extra cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
Notes
- For a spicier version, add diced jalapeños to the filling.
