Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
  • 1 cup Mexican cheese blend
  • 1/2 cup green chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 8 large flour tortillas

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, cheese, green chili sauce, olive oil, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place a generous scoop of the chicken mixture in the center of each tortilla.
  4. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it up tightly.
  5. Place the burritos seam-side down in a greased baking dish.
  6. Drizzle additional green chili sauce over the top and sprinkle with extra cheese.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
