- 4 large russet potatoes
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Wash and dry the potatoes, then pierce them with a fork.
- Bake the potatoes directly on the oven rack for 45-60 minutes, or until tender.
- While the potatoes are baking, cook the turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy. Remove and crumble.
- Once the potatoes are done, cut them open and fluff the insides with a fork.
- Add salt and pepper to taste, then top with sour cream, cheddar cheese, turkey bacon, and green onions.
Notes
- Feel free to add any additional toppings you like.
- Leftover baked potatoes can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
