Description

Enjoy this delicious baked potato recipe that is easy to make and filled with the goodness of turkey bacon.


Ingredients

  • 4 large russet potatoes
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash and dry the potatoes, then pierce them with a fork.
  3. Bake the potatoes directly on the oven rack for 45-60 minutes, or until tender.
  4. While the potatoes are baking, cook the turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy. Remove and crumble.
  5. Once the potatoes are done, cut them open and fluff the insides with a fork.
  6. Add salt and pepper to taste, then top with sour cream, cheddar cheese, turkey bacon, and green onions.

Notes

  • Feel free to add any additional toppings you like.
