Ingredients

  • 4 pieces salmon fillets
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  4. Add spinach and cook until wilted, then add heavy cream and nutmeg.
  5. Simmer for a few minutes, then pour sauce over the salmon in a baking dish.
