- 4 pieces salmon fillets
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add spinach and cook until wilted, then add heavy cream and nutmeg.
- Simmer for a few minutes, then pour sauce over the salmon in a baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until the salmon is cooked through.
- Serve hot with extra creamy sauce.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, consider adding grated Parmesan cheese to the sauce.
