- 2 bell peppers, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large baking dish, arrange the sliced bell peppers and onion.
- Drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Add the sausages on top of the vegetables.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the sausages are cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
- Serve warm.
