Ingredients

  • 4 Italian sausages
  • 2 bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large baking dish, arrange the sliced bell peppers and onion.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add the sausages on top of the vegetables.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the sausages are cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
