- 1 pound large shrimp, deveined
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup celery, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the bread crumbs, onion, celery, parsley, melted butter, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Fold in the shrimp until well coated.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish and spread evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the shrimp is cooked through.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add some grated Parmesan cheese to the bread crumb mixture.
- This dish can be served with a side of steamed vegetables or a refreshing salad.
