Instructions
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add diced chicken breast and cook until browned and cooked through.
- Stir in garlic and cook for an additional minute.
- Add the mixed vegetables and cook for 3-4 minutes.
- Add cooked rice, soy sauce, and sriracha, mixing well.
