Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 pound chicken breast, diced
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (peas and carrots)
  • 3 tablespoons Bang Bang sauce
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the diced chicken and cook until browned.
  3. Stir in the mixed vegetables and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add the cooked rice, Bang Bang sauce, and soy sauce. Stir well to combine.
  5. Push the rice mixture to one side of the skillet and pour in the beaten eggs on the other side, scrambling them until fully cooked.
  6. Add chopped green onions and mix everything together. Cook for an additional minute.
