Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, beat the eggs and sugar until pale and fluffy.
- Gently fold in the flour and salt.
- Pour the batter into a prepared baking sheet and spread it evenly.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until lightly golden.
- Once baked, invert the cake onto a clean kitchen towel dusted with powdered sugar.
- Roll the cake with the towel and let it cool.
- Unroll the cooled cake, spread your favorite filling and roll it up again.
