Description

These Loaded BBQ Chicken Turkey Bacon Cheese Bombs are savory, cheesy crescent roll pockets stuffed with shredded BBQ chicken, creamy cheese, and crispy turkey bacon—perfect for game day, meal prep, or a quick weeknight dinner.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup cooked turkey bacon, crumbled
  • 2 cans (8 oz each) crescent roll dough
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, BBQ sauce, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and crumbled turkey bacon. Mix until fully incorporated.
  3. Roll out the crescent roll dough and separate into individual triangles.
  4. Spoon a heaping tablespoon of filling onto the wide end of each triangle and roll toward the tip, tucking in the sides to seal.
  5. Place each filled bomb on the baking sheet.
  6. Mix garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a small bowl, then sprinkle over the bombs.
  7. Bake for 15–20 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Let cool for 5 minutes, garnish with chopped green onions, and serve with BBQ sauce or ranch for dipping.

Notes

  • You can prepare the filling up to 2 days in advance and store it in the fridge.
  • Swap turkey bacon with plant-based bacon or omit for a vegetarian version.
  • Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 2 months.
  • Great with a side salad, roasted veggies, or sweet potato fries.
