- 2 racks of baby back ribs
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C).
- Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs.
- In a bowl, mix together BBQ sauce, brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, apple cider vinegar, black pepper, and salt.
- Rub the mixture onto the ribs, coating well.
- Wrap the ribs in aluminum foil and place them on a baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 2.5 to 3 hours.
- Remove from oven, discard foil, and brush additional BBQ sauce on top.
- Grill on medium heat for 10 minutes, basting with sauce.
- Let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the ribs overnight in the BBQ sauce mixture.
- Serve with coleslaw for a classic BBQ side dish.
