Ingredients

  • 2 pounds flank steak
  • 6 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Lay the flank steak flat and pound it to an even thickness.
  3. In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan, parsley, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly over the flank steak.
  5. Layer the turkey bacon on top of the breadcrumb mixture.
  6. Roll the steak tightly and secure with kitchen twine.
  7. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the beef rolls on all sides.
