- 2 pounds flank steak
- 6 slices turkey bacon
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Lay the flank steak flat and pound it to an even thickness.
- In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan, parsley, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the mixture evenly over the flank steak.
- Layer the turkey bacon on top of the breadcrumb mixture.
- Roll the steak tightly and secure with kitchen twine.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the beef rolls on all sides.
- Transfer the beef rolls to a baking dish and pour marinara sauce over the top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the beef is cooked through.
- Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
