Description

A delicious Beef Chao Fan recipe that combines savory beef and flavorful fried rice for a comforting meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 pound beef, sliced thin
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 green onion, sliced

Instructions

  1. Heat the oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the beef and cook until browned.
  3. Stir in the mixed vegetables and cook for a few minutes.
  4. Add the cooked rice, soy sauce, and oyster sauce. Stir to combine.
  5. Push the rice mixture to one side of the pan, pour the beaten eggs into the empty side, and scramble until cooked.
  6. Mix the eggs into the rice.
  7. Stir in the green onions before serving.
