- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 pound beef, sliced thin
- 1 cup mixed vegetables
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 green onion, sliced
Instructions
- Heat the oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the beef and cook until browned.
- Stir in the mixed vegetables and cook for a few minutes.
- Add the cooked rice, soy sauce, and oyster sauce. Stir to combine.
- Push the rice mixture to one side of the pan, pour the beaten eggs into the empty side, and scramble until cooked.
- Mix the eggs into the rice.
- Stir in the green onions before serving.
Notes
- For more flavor, add garlic or ginger while cooking the beef.
