Ingredients

  • 1 package frozen hashbrowns
  • 1 pound breakfast sausage
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuits
  • 2 cups sausage gravy
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until browned.
  3. In a baking dish, layer the hashbrowns, followed by the cooked sausage, and top with cheddar cheese.
  4. Cut the biscuits into quarters and scatter on top.
  5. Pour sausage gravy over the entire dish.
  6. Whisk together the eggs and pepper, then drizzle over the bake.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
