Ingredients

- 1 package frozen hashbrowns
- 1 pound breakfast sausage
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can refrigerated biscuits
- 2 cups sausage gravy
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until browned.
- In a baking dish, layer the hashbrowns, followed by the cooked sausage, and top with cheddar cheese.
- Cut the biscuits into quarters and scatter on top.
- Pour sausage gravy over the entire dish.
- Whisk together the eggs and pepper, then drizzle over the bake.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
- For a spicier dish, add jalapeños or hot sauce to the sausage.
- Feel free to use different cheeses according to your preference.
