A quick and easy recipe for Black Pepper Beef Stir-Fry that’s full of flavor and perfect for dinner.

- 1 pound beef flank steak, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons freshly ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 2 green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
- Add the sliced beef and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
- Transfer the beef to a plate and set aside.
- In the same pan, add the remaining tablespoon of oil and sauté the onion, bell pepper, and garlic until tender.
- Return the beef to the pan and add black pepper, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar.
- Stir well to combine and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
Notes
- For extra heat, add some red pepper flakes.
- Serve with steamed rice or noodles.
