- 4 fillets fish (or chicken)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix the spices in a bowl.
- Coat the fish (or chicken) with olive oil and rub the spice mixture all over.
- Place the coated fillets on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the fish is cooked through.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the fish in the spice mixture for an hour before cooking.
- Serve with a side of fresh vegetables.
