- 1 cup blueberries
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter
Instructions
- In a skillet, melt 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat.
- Place one tortilla in the skillet and sprinkle half of the cheese on one half of the tortilla.
- Add half of the blueberries on top of the cheese.
- Fold the tortilla over and cook until golden, about 2-3 minutes.
- Flip and cook the other side until golden and the cheese has melted.
- Repeat with remaining ingredients.
- Cut into wedges and serve warm.
Notes
- For added sweetness, drizzle with honey before serving.
- Experiment with different fruits like strawberries or raspberries.
