Start your day with these easy and delicious blueberry breakfast quesadillas, a perfect morning treat!


Ingredients

  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, melt 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat.
  2. Place one tortilla in the skillet and sprinkle half of the cheese on one half of the tortilla.
  3. Add half of the blueberries on top of the cheese.
  4. Fold the tortilla over and cook until golden, about 2-3 minutes.
  5. Flip and cook the other side until golden and the cheese has melted.
  6. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
  7. Cut into wedges and serve warm.

Notes

  • For added sweetness, drizzle with honey before serving.
  • Experiment with different fruits like strawberries or raspberries.
