- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon baking powder

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix the buttermilk, melted butter, and eggs until well combined.
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Gently fold in the blueberries.
- Fill each muffin cup about 3/4 full with the batter.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let the muffins cool in the pan for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a teaspoon of vanilla extract to the wet ingredients.
