Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
 - In a medium bowl, combine blueberries, sugar, cornstarch, and vanilla extract; mix until well coated.
 - Roll out pie crusts on a floured surface and cut into circles.
 - Place a spoonful of the blueberry mixture in the center of each circle.
 - Fold the dough over the filling and seal the edges by pinching.
 - Brush the tops with egg wash.
