- 1 pound ground beef
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 egg
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup beef broth
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, turkey bacon, onion, garlic, egg, breadcrumbs, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into patties.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties until browned on both sides and cooked through.
- Add beef broth to the skillet and simmer for about 10 minutes.
- Serve warm with gravy.
