A delicious and easy twist on classic Salisbury steak using turkey bacon for added flavor.
Ingredients

- 1 pound ground turkey
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups beef broth
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons water
Instructions
- In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then chop and set aside.
- In a large bowl, mix the ground turkey, chopped turkey bacon, onion, garlic, breadcrumbs, egg, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into patties.
- In the same skillet, cook the patties until browned on both sides.
- Add the beef broth to the skillet and simmer until the patties are cooked through.
- Dissolve the cornstarch in water and add to the broth, stirring until thickened.
- Serve the patties with the gravy on top.
Notes
- For extra flavor, consider adding herbs such as thyme or parsley.
- Serve with mashed potatoes or rice for a complete meal.
