- 1 pound chicken breast, cut into strips
- 3 tablespoons olive oil

- 1 lemon, juiced and zested

- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add chicken strips to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in lemon juice and zest, then add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to combine.
- Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- For added flavor, marinate the chicken in lemon juice and garlic for 30 minutes before cooking.
