- 2 lobsters
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your broiler.
- In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Add the garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Stir in the heavy cream, parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper, then remove from heat.
- Split the lobsters in half, remove the meat from the claws and tails, and place back in the shells.
- Brush the lobster meat with the garlic butter mixture.
- Broil the lobsters for about 7-10 minutes or until the meat is opaque.
- Serve immediately topped with more garlic butter.
Notes
- For an extra kick, add some red pepper flakes to the garlic butter.
