Ingredients

  • 2 lobsters
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your broiler.
  2. In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Add the garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Stir in the heavy cream, parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper, then remove from heat.
  4. Split the lobsters in half, remove the meat from the claws and tails, and place back in the shells.
  5. Brush the lobster meat with the garlic butter mixture.
  6. Broil the lobsters for about 7-10 minutes or until the meat is opaque.
  7. Serve immediately topped with more garlic butter.

Notes

  • For an extra kick, add some red pepper flakes to the garlic butter.
