Description
These chewy, fudgy cookies come together in minutes using a simple box of brownie mix. Perfect for quick weeknight desserts or last-minute party treats.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 box brownie mix (18–19 oz)
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the brownie mix, eggs, oil, and flour. Stir until a thick dough forms.
- Fold in the chocolate chips, if using.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough and place them on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
- Gently flatten each scoop slightly with the back of a spoon for even baking.
- Bake for 8–10 minutes, or until the edges are set and the centers remain soft.
- Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
- Do not overbake; cookies should look slightly underdone in the center when removed from the oven.
- Feel free to customize with nuts, candies, or extracts like vanilla or mint.
- Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days or freeze for longer storage.
