- 1 loaf of crusty bread
- 8 ounces burrata cheese
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup fresh basil leaves
- 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Slice the crusty bread into 1-inch thick pieces and place them on a baking sheet.
- Brush the bread lightly with olive oil and toast them in the oven for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
- Meanwhile, cook the turkey bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove and chop into small pieces.
- Once the bread is toasted, layer it with burrata cheese, top with cherry tomatoes, and sprinkle with turkey bacon and basil.
- Drizzle balsamic glaze over the top and season with salt to taste.
