  • 1 loaf of crusty bread
  • 8 ounces burrata cheese
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Slice the crusty bread into 1-inch thick pieces and place them on a baking sheet.
  3. Brush the bread lightly with olive oil and toast them in the oven for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
  4. Meanwhile, cook the turkey bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove and chop into small pieces.
