Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, combine crushed graham crackers and melted butter, then press into the bottom of a springform pan.
- Beat cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.
- Fold in whipped cream and chopped Butterfinger bars.
- Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
- Bake for 55-60 minutes until the center is set. Let it cool.
