- 1 head cabbage
- 8 slices turkey bacon
- 1 pound chicken ham
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add turkey bacon and cook until crispy. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pot, add chicken ham and sauté until browned.
- Add cabbage, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Bring to a simmer, cover, and cook for 30 minutes.
- Return turkey bacon to the pot and stir well.
- Cook for an additional 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For a spicier flavor, add red pepper flakes.
- Feel free to add other vegetables like carrots or potatoes for more variety.
