- 2 pounds chicken pieces
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 pound crab legs
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup Cajun seasoning
- 4 potatoes, quartered
- 3 ears of corn, halved
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 2 lemons, halved
Instructions
- In a large pot, bring water to a boil and add the Cajun seasoning.
- Add the chicken pieces and cook for about 15 minutes.
- Add the potatoes and corn; cook for another 10 minutes.
- Add the shrimp and crab legs; cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Meanwhile, hard boil the eggs in a separate pot.
- Once everything is cooked, squeeze fresh lemon juice over the top.
- Serve hot with the hard boiled eggs on the side.
Notes
- Feel free to adjust the Cajun seasoning to taste.
- Serve with crusty bread for dipping.
