Ingredients

  • 2 pounds chicken pieces
  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 pound crab legs
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup Cajun seasoning
  • 4 potatoes, quartered
  • 3 ears of corn, halved
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 2 lemons, halved

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, bring water to a boil and add the Cajun seasoning.
  2. Add the chicken pieces and cook for about 15 minutes.
  3. Add the potatoes and corn; cook for another 10 minutes.
  4. Add the shrimp and crab legs; cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  5. Meanwhile, hard boil the eggs in a separate pot.
  6. Once everything is cooked, squeeze fresh lemon juice over the top.
  7. Serve hot with the hard boiled eggs on the side.

Notes

  • Feel free to adjust the Cajun seasoning to taste.
  • Serve with crusty bread for dipping.
