- 2 fillets salmon
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Season the salmon and shrimp with Cajun seasoning.
- Add salmon to the skillet, cooking for about 4-5 minutes per side until cooked through.
- Remove salmon and set aside.
- Add shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes.
- Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Pour in heavy cream and lemon juice, stirring until combined.
- Return salmon to the skillet, spooning sauce over it, and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
