Description

A delicious and easy-to-make Cajun salmon and shrimp dish with a creamy sauce that is perfect for home cooks.


Ingredients

  • 2 fillets salmon
  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season the salmon and shrimp with Cajun seasoning.
  3. Add salmon to the skillet, cooking for about 4-5 minutes per side until cooked through.
  4. Remove salmon and set aside.
  5. Add shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes.
  6. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  7. Pour in heavy cream and lemon juice, stirring until combined.
  8. Return salmon to the skillet, spooning sauce over it, and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  9. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
