- 8 ounces penne pasta
- 1 pound sirloin steak
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Cook penne pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Season the steak with Cajun seasoning.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat and cook the steak to desired doneness. Remove from pan and slice.
- In the same skillet, combine ranch dressing, shredded cheese, and honey. Stir until melted and smooth.
- Add cooked penne and sliced steak to the sauce, tossing to combine.
- Serve topped with chopped green onions.
