Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups peeled and diced apples
  • 1 cup caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a bundt pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla.
  4. Mix in the flour mixture alternately with sour cream until smooth. Fold in the apples.
  5. Pour half the batter into the prepared bundt pan. Drizzle half the caramel sauce over it, then add the remaining batter and top with the remaining caramel sauce.
  6. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool before removing from the pan.

Notes
