- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 cups peeled and diced apples
- 1 cup caramel sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a bundt pan.
- In a bowl, mix all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla.
- Mix in the flour mixture alternately with sour cream until smooth. Fold in the apples.
- Pour half the batter into the prepared bundt pan. Drizzle half the caramel sauce over it, then add the remaining batter and top with the remaining caramel sauce.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool before removing from the pan.
Notes
- For an extra touch, serve with additional caramel sauce on top.
- Try adding walnuts for added texture.
