- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 2 cups apple pie filling
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups white chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine sugar, butter, and cream over medium heat.
- Stir continuously until the mixture reaches a boil.
- Let it boil for about 5 minutes without stirring.
- Remove from heat and quickly stir in the apple pie filling and vanilla extract.
- Add the white chocolate chips and mix until melted and smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and let it set at room temperature.
- Once set, cut into squares and serve.
Notes
- For added flavor, you can sprinkle sea salt on top before it sets.
- Store leftover fudge in an airtight container.
