Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface and cut into squares.
  3. In a bowl, mix chopped apples, caramel sauce, cinnamon, and sugar.
  4. Place a spoonful of the apple mixture in the center of each pastry square.
  5. Fold the corners of the pastry over the filling and seal tightly.
  6. Brush the tops with the beaten egg.
