			- 2 sheets puff pastry
 - 4 medium apples, peeled and sliced
 - 1 cup caramel sauce
 - 1 tablespoon cinnamon
 - 1 tablespoon sugar
 - 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
 
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
 - Roll out the puff pastry sheets on a floured surface.
 - In a bowl, mix the sliced apples with cinnamon and sugar.
 - Place a portion of the apple mixture onto each puff pastry sheet.
 - Drizzle caramel sauce over the apples.
 - Fold the pastry over to cover the filling and seal the edges.
 - Brush the tops with beaten egg.
 - Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
 
Notes
- For a richer flavor, consider adding a dash of vanilla extract to the apple mixture.
