- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup caramel sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
- Melt the chocolate chips over a double boiler and let cool slightly.
- In a mixing bowl, beat together the sugar and eggs. Add the cream cheese and mix until smooth.
- Stir in the melted chocolate. Pour the mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
- Drizzle caramel sauce on top of the chocolate mixture.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes or until set. Allow to cool before removing from the pan.
Notes
- This cheesecake can be topped with additional caramel sauce and chocolate shavings.
