A deliciously rich and indulgent dessert combining the flavors of caramel, brownie, and cheesecake.

- 2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
- 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 3 cups cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in vanilla extract and heavy cream.
- Pour half of the cream cheese mixture over the crust, then drizzle half of the caramel sauce and sprinkle with chocolate chips.
- Pour the remaining cream cheese mixture on top and repeat the caramel and chocolate chip layer.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the center is set. Let it cool and refrigerate.
- Before serving, garnish with extra caramel sauce and chocolate chips.
Notes
- Allow the cheesecake to set in the refrigerator overnight for best results.
- Use a water bath while baking to prevent cracks.
