Description

A deliciously rich and indulgent dessert combining the flavors of caramel, brownie, and cheesecake.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In another bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Stir in vanilla extract and heavy cream.
  5. Pour half of the cream cheese mixture over the crust, then drizzle half of the caramel sauce and sprinkle with chocolate chips.
  6. Pour the remaining cream cheese mixture on top and repeat the caramel and chocolate chip layer.
  7. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the center is set. Let it cool and refrigerate.
  8. Before serving, garnish with extra caramel sauce and chocolate chips.

Notes

  • Allow the cheesecake to set in the refrigerator overnight for best results.
  • Use a water bath while baking to prevent cracks.
