- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cups seafood mix (shrimp, crab, and clams)
- 1 pie crust (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, melt the butter and sauté the green onions until soft.
- Add the seafood mix and cook until heated through.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the heavy cream, cheddar cheese, Old Bay seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add the seafood mixture to the cream mixture and stir until well combined.
- Pour the filling into the pie crust.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the pie is golden brown and bubbly.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add a dash of hot sauce to the filling.
- Serve with a side salad for a complete meal.
