Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups seafood mix (shrimp, crab, and clams)
  • 1 pie crust (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, melt the butter and sauté the green onions until soft.
  3. Add the seafood mix and cook until heated through.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine the heavy cream, cheddar cheese, Old Bay seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Add the seafood mixture to the cream mixture and stir until well combined.
  6. Pour the filling into the pie crust.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the pie is golden brown and bubbly.
  8. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
