- 2 eggs
- 1 cup breadcrumbs

Instructions
- Preheat the oil in a deep fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix cheese, flour, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Shape the mixture into small balls.
- Dip each ball in beaten eggs, then roll in breadcrumbs.
- Fry the croquettes until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
