- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 12 egg roll wrappers
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess grease.
- Add onions and cook until softened. Stir in ketchup and mustard.
- Remove from heat and mix in cheese until melted.
- Lay an egg roll wrapper on a flat surface and place a spoonful of the filling in the center.
- Fold in the sides and roll tightly. Seal the edges with water.
- Heat oil in a deep fryer or skillet over medium heat. Fry egg rolls until golden brown.
- Remove and drain on paper towels. Serve with additional ketchup or mustard.
