Description

A decadent dessert that combines the flavors of a cheeseburger with the fun of a molten cake.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup ground beef
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 cup cake mix
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef until browned, then mix in cheese, ketchup, mustard, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. In a bowl, combine cake mix, water, and eggs until smooth.
  4. Grease a muffin tin and pour a layer of cake batter in each cup, followed by a spoonful of the beef mixture, then cover with more cake batter.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
